Hi, I’m Wendy —

I’m a lifelong horse lover, registered nurse, certified equine massage therapist, and BEMER practitioner. Equine Restore & Recover was born from my heart for healing and my deep connection with horses.

This blog is where I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned through education and hands-on experience—starting with equine circulation and wellness, my journey with my mare, Rosie, and her battle with laminitis and insulin resistance, and tips for both horse and human health and recovery.

Thanks for being here—I hope this space becomes a helpful resource on your own wellness journey. 💛
